D'une vocation sociale à l'expertise RH From a social vocation to HR expertise
Mon parcours débute avec une conviction profonde : l'humain est au cœur de toute organisation performante. C'est cette conviction qui m'a conduit à entreprendre un double cursus académique en Italie — un Master I en Gestion des Ressources Humaines et Organisation à l'ISTUD Business School de Milan, couplé à un Master II en Management des Services Sociaux à l'Université de Gênes.
Avant de rejoindre le monde de l'entreprise, j'ai exercé pendant un an en tant qu'Assistant Social Spécialisé à l'Agence Sanitaire Locale de Gênes, puis accompli une mission de Service Civique National. Ces expériences m'ont appris à écouter, négocier et résoudre des situations complexes.
En 2022, j'intègre Bolton Food – Saupiquet, multinationale franco-italienne, comme Adjoint Responsable RH. Pendant plus de 3 ans, je pilote la paie complète (bulletins, DSN, charges sociales), l'administration RH, le dialogue social CSE, la GPEC/GEPP et la qualité de vie au travail. J'automatise les rapports RH via SIRH, réduisant le temps de reporting de 40 % et améliorant la satisfaction employés de 30 %.
En 2025, j'obtiens mon Titre Professionnel Gestionnaire Paie et commence un Bachelor en Comptabilité à l'IHECF Paris pour proposer une offre freelance véritablement complète sous la bannière S&L Conseil.
My journey begins with a deep conviction: people are at the heart of every high-performing organisation. This led me to pursue a dual academic programme in Italy — a Master I in Human Resources Management at ISTUD Business School in Milan, alongside a Master II in Social Services Management at the University of Genoa.
Before entering the corporate world, I spent a year as a Specialised Social Worker at the Local Health Agency in Genoa, then completed a National Civil Service mission. These experiences taught me to listen, negotiate and resolve complex situations.
In 2022, I joined Bolton Food – Saupiquet, a Franco-Italian multinational, as Deputy HR Manager. For over 3 years, I oversaw full payroll (payslips, DSN, social charges), HR administration, social dialogue with the CSE, GPEC/GEPP and quality of work life. I automated HR reports via HRIS, reducing reporting time by 40% and improving employee satisfaction by 30%.
In 2025, I obtained my Professional Payroll Manager Title and began a Bachelor in Accounting at IHECF Paris to offer a truly comprehensive freelance service under the S&L Conseil banner.
